Shree Cement Appoints Vinay Saxena as Unit Head of Nawalgarh Plant
Shree Cement Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Vinay Saxena as Unit Head of the Nawalgarh Unit.
An experienced professional with over 34 years of experience in the cement industry, Mr. Saxena brings a wealth of expertise in operations, strategy, project management and sustainability. In his previous role with Shree Cement, Mr. Saxena has successfully led operations at Beawar, Ras and Nawalgarh improving productivity and reducing operational costs. His leadership was instrumental in commissioning large-scale facilities and implementing automation and sustainability-led innovations that enhanced productivity and operational efficiency.
Mr. Saxena is widely recognized in Shree Cement for his ability to lead multi-plant operations, manage cross-functional teams and solve complex engineering challenges through scalable, technology-driven solutions. His passion for sustainable manufacturing and alignment with ESG standards continues to inspire forward-looking initiatives across the organization.

Shree Cement’s Nawalgarh plant in Rajasthan is a flagship facility showcasing advanced engineering and sustainability.
