Zing now brings the rich and diverse flavors of Southern India to Jaipur from 8th to 16th November.
The festival features an authentic spread curated by Chef Selvam, who has traveled from Chennai to craft a menu that celebrates the culinary heritage of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. Guests can indulge in Nool Parotta with Veg Kurma, Moru Curry, Sambar, Podi Rice, and live stations serving Benne Dosa and Appam with Stew, along with Chicken 65 and Malabar Fish Curry for a truly memorable experience. Traditional desserts such as Elaneer Payasam and Ada Payasam add a sweet finale to the culinary journey.
