KENT R O SYSTEMS LIMITED FILES DRHP WITH SEBI

Kent R O Systems Limited (“The Company”) has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (“DRHP”) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”).

The Company plans to raise funds through offer of equity share capital via initial public offering. The total offer size comprises of ‘Offer for Sale’ up to 10,094,568 Equity Shares with face value Rs.1 each share by Promoter Selling Shareholders.

Brand ‘Kent’ is well established and is recognized as the pioneer in introducing reverse osmosis (“RO”) technology in the water purifier product category in India. (Source: Technopak Report). Over the years, the company has broadened its product range in the water purifier product category, serving over 5.50 million consumers as of September 30, 2024.

Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and JM Financial Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) to the issue.
