I am so relieved and happy to learn that the 41 men trapped in the tunnel in Uttarkashi for 17 days have come out safely. I salute their resilience. And I congratulate all those who organized the rescue, the government, government agencies, private sector and engineering experts from all over the world.

An excellent example of working collaboratively to accomplish a complex feat.
