Shri P.M. Rungta Memorial Golf Cup 2025: Trophy Unveiled at Press Conference
Jaipur, January 29, 2025 : Shri P.M. Rungta Foundation unveiled the handcrafted, gold-plated rolling trophy for the Shri P.M. Rungta Memorial Golf Cup 2025 at an exclusive press conference held today at the Rambagh Golf Club, Jaipur. This prestigious tournament, set to debut on February 2, 2025, marks the beginning of an annual tradition celebrating sportsmanship, camaraderie, and community welfare.
Mr. Kishore Rungta & Mr. Gaurav Rungta, Trustee of the Shri P.M. Rungta Foundation, along with Mr. Yogendra Singh, Captain of Rambagh Golf Club, and Mr. Samridh Sharma, Secretary of Rambagh Golf Club, officiated the trophy unveiling ceremony. The trophy, designed by (IRIS) , is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, symbolizing the tournament’s core values of competitive spirit, collaboration, and excellence.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Gaurav Rungta, said, “The Shri P.M. Tournament Highlights
•The tournament, hosted at Rambagh Golf Club, will feature 120 participants, pro golfer Ridhima Dilawari & some cricket Celebrities. We are introducing 1st time ever taking a leaf out of T20 /T10 cricket. Format Called SHOTGUN PIERIO 3 random holes decides your handicap with a player starting in his registered category & not permitted to go more than +2 above For the first time players will live their fantasy of being scratch or zero handicaps.
•Categories include Overall Net Winner, Handicap categories winner and runner up (0-9, 10-18, 19-24) in all three Categories, Winner Lady Golfer, and Winner Veteran Golfer.
•The event serves as a platform for networking and community building, bringing together participants from Rajasthan, NCR, and beyond.
CSR Initiative
Continuing its tradition of social impact, Shri P.M. Rungta Foundation will distribute shoes to over 160 caddies registered with Rambagh Golf Club. This gesture reflects gratitude for their essential role in the sport and acknowledges their contributions to the success of this tournament.
