Lokesh Kumar Aggarwal takes charge as the  Director Finance, ITDC

Shri Lokesh Kumar Aggarwal has been appointed as the Director Finance of India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC),a Miniratna PSU under the Ministry of Tourism. He took charge of the office in his new role on August 24th2022. As Director (Finance) of ITDC, Shri Aggarwal will be a member of the board of directors and will report to the Managing Director (MD) of ITDC.

With career spanning close to three decades, Aggarwal specialises in financial resource mobilization from Domestic & Global sources, optimum utilization of funds, undertaking budgetary controls and taking investment decisions. Prior to this, he was the CFO/CGM(F) in Energy Efficiency Services Limited and led the overall finance function. He has also worked for 27 years in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited and handled the major finance functions like Treasury & Banking, Strategic Planning & Budgetary Control and Corporate Accounts.He has played pivotal roles in improving management reporting, digitalisation and building SOPs for ensuring robust financial control.

Shri Aggarwal is a qualified Cost Accountant (ICAI), Company Secretary (ICSI) & L.L.B., besides holding a PG Diploma in Internal Audit from the Delhi School of Economics.
