Indian Institute of Management Raipur Young Leaders Program from July 1-12, 2024
Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur recently concluded a comprehensive 12-day Young Leaders Program from July 1-12, 2024, at its campus. The program catered to executives from various sectors of Adani Group, including Adani Cement, Adani Power, Adani Natural Resources, and Adani Digital, among others. The cohort of 37 participants underwent rigorous training across diverse areas, including Business Storytelling, Contract Management, Public-Private Partnership, Workplace Sensitivity and Ethics, Risk Management in Regulatory Environment, Building High Performance Teams, Industry 4.0 tools in Infrastructure & Utility Industry, Net Zero / Sustainable Development Goals, Circular Economy, Self-Leadership, Financial Reporting and Compliance, Basic Probability Concepts, and Distributions.
Throughout the program, participants engaged in a series of comprehensive sessions and activities aimed at enhancing their leadership and management capabilities. An outdoor tour at Jungle Safari and a program dinner were also organized to enrich the learning experience.
The valedictory session, chaired by Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani (Director, IIM Raipur), featured esteemed guests including Mr. Shrikant Ambadasrao Vaidya (Station Head, Adani Power Ltd.) and program directors Prof. Sanjeev Prashar, Prof. Jighyashu Gaur, and Prof. Yogesh Chauhan. The program successfully equipped participants with a robust framework and practical skills to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
Participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to learn from esteemed faculty members and appreciated the blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights delivered.
