IIHMR University to Host Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Programme 2025-26

Jaipur, 30th September 2025: Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, in collaboration with IIHMR University, will organize the Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Programme (VBYCP) 2025-26. Supported by the Regional Director, NSS, Jaipur, the event will bring together students, faculty, and youth icons to celebrate the role of India’s youth in realizing the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047.
The programme will recognise the notable contributions of students. In addition, the day will feature engaging sessions including youth dialogues, cultural performances, poster and slogan competitions, and a rapid-fire quiz on the national theme.
Expressing delight at this initiative, Dr. PR Sodani, President, IIHMR University, shared, “The youth of India are the architects of our nation’s future. Through platforms like Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect, we are not only nurturing their leadership potential but also aligning their aspirations with the national vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047. We are committed to equipping young minds with the values, skills, and opportunities needed to contribute meaningfully to nation-building.”
The student-driven initiative will also hold a pledge-taking ceremony to reinforce the shared commitment of youth toward building a stronger and more resilient India. The programme aims to ignite a sense of responsibility among the youth and inspire them to actively participate in shaping India’s development journey.
The event will be graced by esteemed professionals and experts including Dr. Goutam Sadhu, Dean of Student Welfare, IIHMR University and Youth icons Mr. Ankit Sharma and Ms. Vaishali Pariihar.
