Jaipur 08 February 2025 – Dermacon 2025 was inaugurated by Dr. Rajeev Sharma, President, Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL). Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) is organizing the 53rd National Conference Dermacon2025. Dermacon 2025, which is being held from 6th to 9th February at JECC Sitapura Jaipur, had a pre-conference continuing medical education (CME) on medical dermatology on 6th February and two workshops on surgical and aesthetic dermatology. More than 1000 delegates participated enthusiastically and learnt about surgery and skin beauty.

Dr. U.S. Agarwal, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, welcomed the visitors by speaking Khammaghani in Rajasthani language and highlighted the key points of the conference and informed that renowned dermatologists of India are sharing their views in this conference. Dermato-surgical techniques are being demonstrated in the workshops, in which the process of skin rejuvenation by Botox, fillers, laser, HIFU and PRP is being presented through video demonstration.

Organizing Secretary Dr. Deepak Mathur informed that this 53rd annual conference of Dermacon 2025 is being held in the Pink City Jaipur. In this, more than 600 renowned Indian experts and 21 international experts from the country and abroad are sharing their experiences. Dermatologists are discussing about precautions and treatment. Thanks were expressed at the end of the inaugural ceremony.

Dr. Asit Mittal, Chairman of the Scientific Committee, informed that the latest advances in medical treatments are being discussed in the Continuing Medical Education (CME) program at Dermacon 2025. A special session on Artificial Intelligence is being organized, highlighting its future role in the management of skin disorders. Modern imaging techniques and their role in diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases are also being discussed.

Program treasurer Vijay Paliwal said that on the second day of the conference, February 7, 45 scientific sessions will be organized on various skin diseases and their management. Apart from this, international experts will also share their special views. The main scientific sessions will discuss acne, skin related diseases in children, side effects of medicines on the skin, hair fall, fungal infections of the skin, white spots, hereditary skin diseases.
