CYIENT DLM LIMITED FILES DRHP WITH SEBI
Cyient DLM, one of the leading integrated Electronic Manufacturing Services (“EMS”) and solutions providers with strong capabilities across the value chain and the entire life cycle of a product has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (“DRHP”) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”).The Company’s initial public offering comprisesa fresh issue of aggregatingup to₹ 7,400.00 million.
Cyient DLM in consultation with the book running lead managers, may consider a further issue of specified securities, including by way of a private placement, rights issue, preferential offer or any other method at its discretion, as may be permitted under applicable laws for an amount aggregating up to ₹ 1,480 Million, prior to the filing of the red herring prospectus with the registrar of companies.
The funds raised through the IPO are proposed to be utilized for funding incremental capital requirements, capital expenditure, debt repayment/prepayment, achieving inorganic growth through acquisitions as well as for general corporate purposes.
